Automatic status updates occur automatically when an action is done in Excalibur.
For example, if a call was made with an arrangement with the customer, the voice recording will automatically be attached to the history note of the particular file. Furthermore, Excalibur will update the file status to ‘Promise to Pay’ (PTP) status. If the payment was not honoured by the customer, the status will then be changed to ‘Broken PTP’.
Automatically, PAM (Pro Active Manager) will forward a message to the collector’s Inbox to follow up on the Broken PTP immediately with the customer.
